Certain Items in our Online Range are Marked "Special Order"

What does this mean?

  • If an Item is marked Special Order, this means that we do not stock the item in-store or in our warehouse.
  • These items are ordered in specially for our clients when they order from our website
  • These items may take a little longer to source than our regular lines (Usually around 10 days)
  • If for some reason, we are unable to source an item purchased from a "special order" range, we will notify you within 3 days and give you the option of an immediate refund.
